Who can do what

What Fairexa does not do
It does not move or hold money. Reimbursements, payouts and payments are records of money paid outside the app.
It does not create or send invoices, run payroll or connect to your bank.
It does not connect to accounting software. Exports are files you hand over.
It does not give financial, tax or legal advice, and it does not file tax returns.
Your business data, handled carefully
Business records are kept in the workspace, apart from personal records and groups.
The workspace owner decides who is in the team and what role each person has.
No advertising and no ad networks: the web app loads no analytics and no third-party scripts.
You can export your data and delete your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms.

Where can I use it?
In the Fairexa web app at fairexa.com. The mobile app shows your personal money and groups and does not show business records.
Can my staff use it without paying?
Yes. Anyone you invite can join with their own Fairexa account at no cost.
Can a person be in more than one place?
Yes. Anyone can have personal money, groups and a business workspace, and a switcher moves between them. Their personal records are never shown to a workspace.
Who approves expense claims, and who pays them back?
A manager (for their department), an Admin or the Owner approves. The Owner, an Admin or an Accountant records the reimbursement. Managers cannot reimburse their own approvals.
Does Fairexa pay my staff or my suppliers?
No. Fairexa records what was paid. The money itself moves outside the app.
Does it handle invoices, payroll or VAT returns?
No. It records tax on each entry and summarises it in a report you can give to your accountant, but it does not issue invoices, run payroll or file returns.
Which formats can I export?
Excel, CSV and PDF, and a print view you can save as PDF from your browser.
Is my business data used for advertising?
No. There are no ads, and your data is not sold or used for advertising.
