1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Fairexa you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. The minimum age is to be confirmed before publication.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password, PIN and codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at care@farexa.com if you think it has been accessed without permission.
3. What Fairexa does
Fairexa helps you track income, expenses and budgets and share costs in groups. It calculates balances from what you and your group enter. Settle up records a payment made outside the app. Fairexa does not transfer money, hold funds or provide financial, tax or legal advice.
4. Free to use
Fairexa is completely free. There is no subscription, no trial period and no future paid versions. Sponsored offers, where shown, are clearly labelled and are not a condition of using the app.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You give Fairexa permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the app, including showing group content to other members of that group.
6. Groups, records and fairness
Group members can see expenses, payments and their change history. Edits and deletions are recorded. Some expenses need approval from the person looking after a member without an account. Balances are shown per currency, and exchange rates are fixed when an entry is saved.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for agreeing with your group how costs are shared.
7. People you add
Only add people you know and have a reason to include. A guardian of a guest member is responsible for approving that guest’s expenses. Do not add someone’s contact details without their permission.
8. Chat and conduct
Do not send spam, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, scams or anything unlawful. Messages can be reported and users can be blocked. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. Our response times for reports are to be confirmed.
9. Third-party links and offers
Sponsored offers and links open third-party sites that Fairexa does not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply there.
10. Availability, changes and ending
We aim to keep Fairexa running but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update or change features. You can stop using Fairexa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Fairexa is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law. Our limit of liability and any indemnity are to be confirmed by counsel before publication. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Governing law and contact
